Build a Foundation for your kids as they transition to the Teenage Years!

During these years, your child becomes exposed to life beyond home and the classroom. For students 8-12 years old, we offer Jiu-Jitsu workouts that will get them ready for their teenage years.

Our program has been crafted to address their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

We aim that our students: 

  • Become mindful of what they say and do
  • Be respectful towards everyone regardless of age or background
  • Learn to follow the rules, respect elders, and complete tasks

During this stage, it's vital that they can navigate through tasks and be motivated to reach the finish line. With this comes excellent self-discipline and empowerment that we believe they can gain as early as now! Our classes will guide them to:

  • Commit to tasks, exercises, and workouts 
  • Practice how never to give up and keep going! 
  • Develop a good character that believes in hard work
