Absolutely not! We have brand new beginners to professional athletes training at all times! We also offer beginner classes for learning basic movements and concepts of the respective martial art being taught.

A great way to get in shape is to use BJJ, Muay Thai, etc. as the activity to get there! You mix the cardio and strengthening aspects with social interaction and self-defense to make it one of the fastest growing fitness activities!

During our foundational classes (resuming December 6th), basic movements and concepts are learned as means to provide our new students with a strong foundation to build on. During regular classes, beginner students will be paired with someone with experience and/or overseen by a coach.
